Key purpose:
To manage and develop the National Trade Marketing Department. This includes the key functions of National Consumer Promotions, On-Premise channel Trade Marketing, Off-premise channel Trade Marketing, Regional Trade Marketing and POSM Development
- Minimum 4 years work experience in International FMCG company in Trade Marketing / Marketing/Senior Sales Roles.
- Wide managerial experience and training.
- Fluent English.
- Outstanding internal, external communication and leadership skills.
- Passion and energy and a desire to drive departmental excellence.
- Confidence in presentation skills (up to board level).
- Strong People management and development skills.
- Strong Project management skills.
- Strong Consumer/Customer Focus.
- Team Player.
- Ability to travel, valid driving license.
- Above average computer skills.
- High education.
- Trade Marketing Department Management & Competency Development. To include recruitment, development, motivation and management of all key departmental employees
- To ensure a high standard of Trade Marketing Plan Execution (Including Consumer Promotion Plan, On Trade & Off Trade Channel Development Plans, Regional Marketing Plans)
- Ensure development and systemize collection of Trade /Channels, Consumer/Shopper Insights. To ensure that all such insights are communicated appropriately and built into activities and initiatives.
- Ensure development, systemizing and implementing Trade Marketing related planning processes.
- Ensure budgeting and finance controls.
- To support the Sales Director/Marketing Director with all required presentations and information
- To represent the company/function at Regional workshops and development programs
